Hi, I’m Grainne — a trained Sleep Consultant and experienced Night Nanny with a deep passion for supporting babies, children, and their families through the early years.
With over 6 years of experience working with children and infants — including a year in social care — I’ve developed a strong understanding of the emotional and developmental needs of young children. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, a Certificate in Child Psychology, and formal training as a Sleep Consultant, all of which allow me to provide well-rounded, compassionate, and evidence-based support.
I’m especially passionate about child wellbeing and the role that sleep, secure attachment, and consistent care play in healthy development. My approach is gentle, responsive, and always tailored to suit each family’s values, routines, and individual needs.
Whether you’re struggling with night wakes, short naps, or bedtime battles, I’m here to help you feel confident and supported. Through one-on-one consultations, customised sleep plans, and overnight nanny care, I work with families to restore rest and harmony to the home.
